No. The deliverable isn't a PDF — it's an asset running in your stack. We charge for what's built, not for time spent thinking.

Depends on the client. In most cases the asset is operated by the team and we exit with the handoff. When it makes sense for the client that we operate specific decisions on top of the system, it's contracted as Decision Unit — bounded continuity, no open retainer.

The system is designed to be run by your team, not to replace it. We multiply its capability with frameworks, applied AI and systems they couldn't build alone in 8-16 weeks.
